SHIPPING/HANDLING POLICY
We can only ship through out the United States at this time.
We use Priority Mail through the USPS for smaller, residential packages and UPS ground for all other shipments in the 48 states.
We make every attempt for you to receive delivery ,usually occurs 3 -6 business days after your order is placed or we receive payment. Your order will be placed in 24 hours.We understand that you would like your gift delivered on a specific date but we cannot promise this will happen, although we will try. Some products/suppliers have processing times up to 6 Business days.
Please no P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping is Free at this time
Michigan residents will be charged appropriate sales tax.
Colorado residents  will be charged appropriate sales tax for gift baskets if delivered in Colorado.If item is delivered from our supplier in colorado.
Florida residents  will be charged appropriate sales tax for gifts if delivered in Florida.If item is delivered from our supplier in Florida.
Utah residents  will be charged appropriate sales tax for gifts if delivered in Utah.If item is delivered from our supplier in Utah.
As laws change, residents of other states may be subject to sales tax as well.
If any items are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
 
DAMAGED POLICY
Any damaged items will be replaced.
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery.
We are not responsible for damages reported 15 days or more after the ship date.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel your order, contact us immediately by email or phone to find out the status of your order.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Any refusal of an order upon receipt will not constitute a return.
 
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Please notify us by email  or phone in order to request a refund or return authorization.
All non-defective merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
All returns and refunds must be authorized by Gifts for Dad Online.

All merchandise is guaranteed for  90 DAYS  from original date of purchase.
Most of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate ' return shipping address'.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be sent pre-paid.
IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process at  customerservice@giftsfordadonline.com
When you have finished the RA form you will receive an RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
