Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system by the name of ECHO that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure.
How can I tell if this site is secure?Three ways to tell
You must have one of these three methods depending on the browser being used by you.
First, if you look at the top of your screen where the web site address is displayed, you should see https://. The "s" that is displayed after "http" indicates that web site is secure. You do not see the "s" until you actually move to the order page(shopping cart) on the web site and hit the checkout button.
Another way to determine if a web site is secure is to look for a closed padlock displayed at the bottom of your screen. If that lock is open, you should assume it is not a secure site.
The third symbol that indicates you are on a secure site is an unbroken key.
How will my product be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally 3 -6 business days after your order is placed or we receive payment.
We understand that you would like your gift delivered on a specific date but we cannot promise this will happen, although we will try. Some products have processing times up to 6 Business days.
What is your return policy?
